I.NAGAWA Sales Kit

Living the Nippon spirit.

I.N Paradise I & II are residential apartments owned and developed by Japanese property developer I.Nagawa Development. Situated in Osaka, Japan, just within a stone’s throw from the Dobutsu Mae Station, and subsequently, the Osaka Loop Line, I.N Paradise offers a compact and convenient residential solution with easy access to the core parts of the city.

The apartment embodies the traditional spirit of the Shokunin, embracing not only the technical aspects of in the Japanese artisanship lifestyle, but also a broader social consciousness and collectiveness in Japanese culture. To evoke this sentiment, a simple colour theme of black and gold is chosen for the kit. The combination of colours, accompanied by the delicate lines in the visuals, convey the sophistication and robustness that I.Nagawa has crafted into its apartments.

With the colour selection also comes an array of graphics and rendered models to complete the package. The computer renderings of I.N Paradise II were done from scratch as an envisionment of both the façade and the interior of the apartment building, with details rendered to echo I.Nagawa’s emphasis on traditional Japanese qualities. Infographics were also designed to present the information in a dynamic fashion, such that the aforementioned ideas of Japanese values are readily perceivable from the brochure, extending the residential experience onto print.
